One Piece Card Game's OP-16 Just Revisited the Paramount War — Here's the 2022 Set That Told It First

OP-16, “The Time of Battle,” released in Japan in early June 2026 and in English just six days later on June 12 — the smallest gap between Japanese and Western releases in the game's history. Built around the Paramount War, it features six new Leader cards drawn from both Impel Down and Marineford, alongside a Luffy & Ace Starter Deck EX released the same day.

This OP-02 box, “Chojo Senso” (“War at the Summit”), told that same Paramount War story back in November 2022, under the game's original set numbering. It's available through CDJapan's Proxy Shopping Service.
