It centers on the Elbaf arc and the four Emperors — Whitebeard, Shanks, Kaido, and Big Mom — across 126 card types plus 1 DON!! card.
This Chojo No Kyosha Pack, a promotional card pack bundled with Saikyo Jump magazine, releases the same month as part of that same anniversary wave. It's available through CDJapan's Proxy Shopping Service.
