Kaiju No. 8 is heading toward its ending. The anime's finale season was confirmed at Jump Festa 2026 in December 2025, alongside an original short anime, "Narumi's Weekdays," written by the artist behind the spinoff manga Kaiju No. 8 RELAX, set to debut in fall 2026. The main manga itself wrapped in July 2025 after a strong run.
