Demon Slayer's Infinity Castle saga isn't done making noise in Japan. The first film, Akaza Returns, wrapped its theatrical run on April 9, 2026 after nearly nine months in cinemas, and it's heading straight to Blu-ray and DVD on July 29 with a run of commemorative fan events featuring the cast in Tokyo and Osaka.

A second chapter is already confirmed — ufotable hasn't announced a date, but going by the studio's usual production pace, most outlets are betting on a summer-to-winter 2026 release. That's kept the Infinity Castle arc's villain lineup in heavy rotation, with Akaza landing 17th in this year's official character popularity poll.

Doma, the ice-and-lotus Upper Rank Two who shares the arc with Akaza, is exactly the kind of character riding that wave. Bandai's Figuarts Zero line just put out its take on him mid-attack, wings of frozen lotus petals unfurled — and CDJapan only has one left in stock.
